Gina Reyes, President
Gina Reyes has spent 22 years notarizing documents for Coachella Valley families, escrow teams, hospitals and care facilities. What began as a single desk in Indio is now a two-office practice built on a simple promise: arrive on time, arrive prepared, and treat every signer's paperwork as if it were her own.
A board member of the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce and a local business owner, Gina is invested in this community well beyond the signing table. She personally sets the standard every notary on our platform is held to — verified commissions, background screening, and a level of care that keeps clients coming back for decades.

Every notary on our platform is a commissioned California notary public with credentials and screening reviewed before activation. Our listed NNA membership is a professional affiliation, not an endorsement by the association. Before an appointment you receive your notary's name, photo and credentials — so you always know exactly who is coming to your door.
