We confirm
We confirm with the borrower, review the package and print edocs in letter and legal.
Step 3
Signing at the table
Gina Reyes, our certified Loan Signing Agent, presents every page and checks signatures, dates and initials before leaving.
Step 4
Returned on time
Scan-backs on request and FedEx Express return, with tracking sent to your team.
Straightforward pricing
Loan signings are $175 with valley-wide travel included. Additional borrowers, edocs over 200 pages and after-hours windows are quoted before we accept the order.
Need a walk-in signing instead? Borrowers can sign at our Indio or La Quinta office.
