What is included
- Printing. Dual-tray printing of the full package in letter and legal, borrower copy included.
- Presentation. Every page verified, dated and initialed correctly before we leave the table.
- Scan-backs. Same-day scan-backs to escrow or the title company on request.
- Shipping. FedEx Express overnight drop with tracking sent to all parties.
$175per signing
Valley-wide travel included. Additional borrowers, edocs over 200 pages and after-hours windows quoted up front.
Includes the notarial fees allowed by state law (up to $15 per signature through Dec 31, 2026; $20 from Jan 1, 2027) plus our signing-agent service: printing, travel, presentation and scan-backs.
