Notary application form: your name, contact details, city, commission number and expiry, and experience.

Only to schedule and carry out your appointment, contact you about it, and review notary applications. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the notary assigned to your appointment, and the service providers that host our website and database.
Chat assistant
Questions you type into the chat are processed by an AI service so it can answer you. Please don't include sensitive personal details in chat.
How long we keep it
We keep records as needed to run the business and meet legal record-keeping duties.
